This Privacy Policy explains how AstroVault Studios (“AstroVault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Control Center and other games that link to this policy (collectively, the “Games”).
1. Information Stored by the Game
Control Center may save gameplay information on your device, such as progress, high scores, achievements, settings, rewards, virtual currency, and purchase or ad-related status. This information is used to operate the Game and restore your progress. AstroVault Studios does not operate an account system for Control Center and does not directly receive this locally stored gameplay data unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting us.
2. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Game may use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements, including rewarded or interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:
- Device and app identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available;
- IP address and general location derived from the IP address;
- Device type, operating system, language, and app version;
- Advertising interactions, impressions, clicks, and diagnostic information;
- Consent choices and information used for fraud prevention, security, analytics, and ad delivery.
Depending on your location, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required, the Game may present a consent or privacy-choice message before requesting or using certain information for advertising.

3. Purchases
If the Game offers an ad-free purchase or other in-app purchase, payment processing is handled by the applicable app store, such as Google Play. AstroVault Studios does not receive your full payment-card information. We may receive transaction status or purchase entitlement information needed to provide and restore the purchased feature.
4. Information You Provide
If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, or support information. We use this information to answer your request, provide support, troubleshoot problems, and protect the Game.
5. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Games;
- Save progress and provide gameplay features;
- Display, measure, and manage advertisements;
- Provide purchases and restore entitlements;
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
6. Sharing of Information
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the Game, including advertising, app-store, analytics, hosting, security, and technical-service providers. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business transfer.
AstroVault Studios does not sell personal information for money. Advertising providers may process information for interest-based advertising where permitted and subject to your available choices.
7. Data Retention and Security
Locally saved gameplay data remains on your device until it is reset, cleared, overwritten, or the Game is uninstalled, subject to device or platform backup features. Information handled by third-party providers is retained according to their policies. We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may be able to:
- Reset game progress using an in-game reset feature, if provided;
- Clear the Game’s storage or uninstall the Game through your device settings;
- Change advertising choices through the consent or privacy-options screen, when available;
- Reset or limit your device advertising identifier through Android settings;
- Exercise privacy rights available under the laws of your state or country.

9. Children’s Privacy
The Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through an account or registration system. Advertising and app-store providers may process limited device or advertising information as described in their policies. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review the request.
10. International Use
The Games may be available worldwide. Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable safeguards and the practices of our service providers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, our services, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
